**PLEASE NOTE THIS MONTH'S MEETING IS ON A MONDAY AT NCSU'S CFL**

Please join us on Monday, August 17th for the next meeting of the Triangle Chapter of SEA at NC State University’s Constructed Facilities Laboratory (CFL). Dr. Greg Lucier, Dr. Rudi Seracino, and other NCSU researchers and students will host us and provide a CFL tour. During lunch, Dr. Lucier will also provide a brief presentation showing some prior work and on-going research. This will be an opportunity to meet some of the students working at CFL, most of whom are studying structural engineering, and for them to learn more about our local structural engineering community.

 The meeting will take place from 11:45 AM until 1:15 PM at the CFL located at 2414 Campus Shore Drive on the NCSU Centennial Campus. Hourly paid public parking is available at the Alliance Parking Deck located at 1810 Varsity Drive. A free buffet style lunch will be provided by the Triangle SEA Chapter. There will be no meeting registration fee for SEA members or applicants with membership form/dues, and a $20 fee for nonmembers.  Please make your reservation to attend by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, August 12th.  RSVP by clicking the "Register Now" button in this email.  Members will login to the website and register, and nonmembers can register by clicking "Continue as Guest."  We hope to see you there!
