Please join us on Wednesday, July 22nd where we will welcome David Kirschner from Keller who will be presenting on Ground Improvement and Geotechnical Construction Techniques.

Presentation Abstract - This presentation discuss the benefits and techniques for various methods of Ground Improvement, including Aggregate Piers, Rigid Inclusions, Driven Piles, Auger Cast Piles, Drilled Piers, Micropiles, and Polyurethane Grouting.

Presenter - David Kirschner joined Hayward Baker (Keller North America) with the acquisition of Foundation Services in 2000. Foundation Services was a contractor based in North Carolina specializing in Pile Driving, Earth Retention and Micropiles. Currently, David oversees the business development and pre-construction duties for Carolinas markets of Keller. In addition, David oversees the growth of the driven pile market in the Southeast US for Keller. Prior to joining Hayward Baker, David worked for Engineering Consulting Services a geotechnical firm located in Greensboro, NC and Foundation Services as a project manager specializing in driven piles and other structural support techniques. David holds a BS in Manufacturing Systems from North Carolina A&T University. He currently lives in Greensboro, NC with his wife Jennifer and his two sons Ben and Sam with which he holds multiple Pinewood Derby trophies.
