This is a reminder to sign up for our January Lunch & Learn on Wednesday, January 21st where we will welcome Timothy Mays from The Citadel in Charleston, SC who will be presenting on a new foundation system for Fuller Pile and new code developments for pile foundations.

Presentation Abstract - This presentation introduces the Fuller Pile foundation system and explains how it is used in building design. It begins with a brief overview of what a Fuller Pile is and how it complies with the International Building Code. The presentation then walks through the basic design and detailing approach, outlines what is typically included in a delegated design package, and explains the differences between conventional and high lateral load Fuller Pile applications. By the end of the presentation, attendees will have a clear understanding of where the Fuller Pile system is appropriate and what to expect when it is used on a project.
